A short climb to Tenri Dam

This last Saturday afternoon I thought I would get in a quick ride before the arrival of Typhoon Phanfone. Having a few hours to spare I decided to head down to Tenri dam just outside of Tenri city in Nara prefecture.  Tenri Dam is one of several dams in Nara prefecture. It makes for a nice ride as the road up to the top is wide, has little traffic, and is also a nice short climb.
